Download Submission Policy
Programs submitted to IG4L.net are still the property of the author and when submitted, the author is responsible for any damage the program may create (whether it be legal or physical). Any legal dispute about the program(s) by a third party agency or organization is the responsibility of the author/creator.
In most download areas of IG4L.net, submissions are put on hold until scanned. The only action that we do in the verification process is checking for viruses. We will not test the program in any other function. When you submit a download, thread, or poll to one of these sections, a staff member will need to review the application & scan it for malicious code before approving the program. Please note that you will not be able to see your topic until it is approved. Please only create one topic and wait patiently.
Programs must not contain any illegitimate malicious code. It is understood that rootkits (among other things) are on occasion included in certain hacks/trainers, mostly to avoid detection from third party game protection programs (i.e. nProtect/Game Guard), however: if a user is to submit a program/attachment that is malicious (that is, contains a keylogger/Trojan/damaging program, etc), (s)he will be banned on the spot. You program may not harm nor access the servers of any game, software developer, or media network in order to gain unfair advantage, exploit, and cheat. This is illegal in the United States of America and all such programs/tools will be removed on the spot with a ban from the member whom submitted it. Such tools include WEP, Serverside hacking, and bombing to lag servers.
If any member violates this, their account will be immediately suspended and you will lose all privileges to view this site.

Competition Terms:
When ever and where ever there is a contest, ByteAir Media is not held responsible for lost winnings, banned from the site/game, or any other thing. After you win, you're on your own with whatever you claim. You will not receive another prize if you lost it. We also collect Emails during Contests to ensure secure delivery. False information will lead to your place in the contest being removed, with a real winner selected in your place.
If you are banned before claiming your prize, than it is your fault.
Prizes MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 7 DAYS for them to be eligible. If you do not claim your prize within this time, you will be disqualified from the competition.
IG4L will not falsely advertise contests, and will not ban users to make sure they do not have to give away prizes. Contests are NOT rigged, and all members have the same chance of winning. Bribing and Negotiating with an Admin or Mod leads to a quick disqualification process unless the the bribe has an interesting turn around, in which case you will be payed for the service rather than stealing the position in a contest. (Conditions may vary)

Copyright Policy

Cheating Policy
All information that is passed on to the user by viewing this site are for educational, scientific, and non-commercial reasons only. You may not use any of the data provided to gain an unfair advantage in a game, or produce a software that allows others to gain an unfair advantage. Illegal File Removal
As previously stated, we do not allow any illegal file downloads, illegal programs, copyrighted files, illegal cheats, as well as any porn, illegal hacks, and illegal game fixes. Our staff will remove all illegal files immediately, however it is up to the users and/or copyright owners to notify us of these files. In order to notify us, you may use the Report Button below the posters' information inside of the thread. We will review the thread and remove any inappropriate files/content within a timely manner.
Premium Membership
Premium membership is rewarded to deserving members. There is no fee, cost, or service required to receive premium membership. Premium Members do not receive any special features, private hacks, or special privileges. They only receive a colored name as well as an minimal ad browsing experience.
Classification of Staff
The staff includes any Root Administrator, however it is suggested that you contact Chhansen by PM or Email. Global Moderators, GFX Team, News Team, etc. are not classified as official staff.
