it doesn't matter if it's windowed or fullscreen, as long as the settings are the same, there's no difference
but when ur in windowed mode, u have to render the windows taskbar and other stuff

Yeah different sizes.
But physically they match.
They're both Samsung SyncMasters and the same height.
The resolution for my SyncMaster 712n is only 1280 x 1024 though so it's black on the bottom
My main display is a SyncMaster 208BW 1680 x 1050.
I'm gonna use my parent's monitor though in a few minutes.
It can do 1900 x 1200. xD
It really depends on your computer hardware and visual themes.
If you're on XP, majority of the time it will be less laggy.
Vista & Windows 7 you would have to disable visual themes for it to have a good effect.
I just put visual themes on for good presentation.
Nobody wants to really see a Windows 2000 theme; looks ugly.
OnTopic:
If Combat Arms is in the taskbar but the window is not showing up, use "Alt + Tab" to switch to it, and to bring it to the front.
